The process is the same one we use to produce all our crispbreads. Hand-rolled after a very slow leavening process of at least 22 hours, with the commitment and love of those who have always made bread by shaping the dough with their hands, respecting the best artisan tradition and without the use of any food additives. More delicious than the usual loaves, they are the right accompaniment for every dish and every moment of the day.
