Take a comfort food like chicken breast... and make it gourmet with tasty Kamut® Bibanesi crumble!
Ingredients for 4 persons:
- 120 g Kamut Bibanesi
- 4 chicken breasts (about 200/250 g each)
- 500 g cherry tomatoes
- 80 g butter
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 lemon
- Parsley to taste
- Thyme to taste
- Marjoram to taste
- Salt to taste
- Evo to taste
Finely shred the Kamut Bibanesi. Add the cubed butter, herbs and salt. Knead with your hands until you obtain a grainy mixture. Sprinkle the mixture over the chicken breasts, pressing with your hands to make it stick. Season with a little oil and another pinch of salt. Season the cherry tomatoes in the same way. Bake everything at 200°C for 20 minutes.
Once cooked, serve and enjoy the chicken nice and hot!
