Raclette with smoked bacon and Bibanesi Pizza

Ingredients for 4 persons:

  • Pizza Bibanesi to taste
  • 600 g sliced raclette cheese
  • 75 g diced bacon
  • Extra virgin olive oil to taste
  • Sage, marjoram to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Heat the oil in a non-stick frying pan. Brown the bacon for approx. 5 min. Transfer the cheese slices to the raclette pans. Sprinkle the bacon, aromatic leaves and a pinch of pepper on top. Melt the cheese in the raclette oven for approx. 8 min.

Serve together with the Pizza Bibanesi.
