Ingredients for 4 persons:
- Pizza Bibanesi to taste
- 600 g sliced raclette cheese
- 75 g diced bacon
- Extra virgin olive oil to taste
- Sage, marjoram to taste
- Pepper to taste
Heat the oil in a non-stick frying pan. Brown the bacon for approx. 5 min. Transfer the cheese slices to the raclette pans. Sprinkle the bacon, aromatic leaves and a pinch of pepper on top. Melt the cheese in the raclette oven for approx. 8 min.
Serve together with the Pizza Bibanesi.
