General conditions of sale
These Conditions of Sale regulate the purchase contract between “DA RE S.p.A. a Socio Unico” – hereinafter referred to as “Seller” – and the customer regarding the purchase of products published on the website www.bibanesi.com.
The customer, with the telematic confirmation of the ORDER SUMMARY, declares to acknowledge and to accept unconditionally the General Conditions of Sale and to fulfil all the obligations set forth in them towards the Seller. For this reason, the Customer, has the obligation to carefully examine them by providing for their printing and conservation, in accordance with the provisions of art. 50 and following of Legislative Decree 206/05. The Seller is authorized to modify or integrate these general conditions of sale at any time, also in consideration of any regulatory changes, without having to give prior notice. Such changes will be binding for customers only from the moment they are published on the website www.bibanesi.com, and will not have retroactive effect.
Products
The images and description of the products, although presented as accurately as possible, may be changed without notice.
Any variation does not prejudice the high quality of the product.
We invite the customer before opening the product to check the expiry date and the information on the label.
Orders
When the Seller will be in possession of the order transmitted by the customer, the order will be processed.
The order will be considered perfected and concluded only with the receipt of the foreseen payment and with all the details necessary for the shipment of the same for the exact invoicing and the correct delivery of the goods.
Any additional costs of transport costs that may be determined by insufficient information shall be borne in full by the customer.
The Customer has no right to claim damages as well as any liability for direct or indirect damages to persons or things caused by the non-acceptance of an order, even if partial.
Prices
The price shown on each product includes VAT.
Shipments
Shipping times vary according to product availability and delivery times of the courier. Shipment times are indicative and no responsibility can be attributed to the Seller for anticipated or delayed shipment, being the causes not directly attributable to him. The goods are shipped to the destination indicated by the customer. Periods of absence at the indicated address or other communications useful for the delivery must be communicated by e-mail to venditaonline@bibanesi.com immediately after sending the order, in order to avoid unnecessary storage costs, which will in any case be borne by the recipient. The relative cost is already included in the price for orders over 45€ on which “free shipping” is highlighted and is valid only for deliveries within the Italian territory, whilst on the other orders it will be automatically calculated at the moment of purchase after having specified the relative destination.
This service with “subsequent charge” is always referred to goods delivered in EEC territory.
Payment
Payment of the goods ordered can be made by credit card or PayPal, the most popular online payment system. The credit card is charged at the same time as the online transaction. In case of non-acceptance of the order, the Seller will refund the amount by reversing it from the interbank credit card circuit. The Seller reserves the right to ask the Client for additional information and documentation that can prove the ownership of the credit card used. In the absence of this requested documentation, the Seller reserves the right not to accept the order.
