Biba-grape truffles
Ingredients:
- 3,52 oz of robiola cheese
- 10 Bibanesi
- 10 grapes
- Salt and pepper to taste
Finely chop the Bibanesi and arrange them on a small plate. In a bowl, mix the robiola cheese with the salt and pepper until creamy. Scoop out a teaspoon and place a grape in the center. Form a ball with your hands and then dip it in the chopped Bibanesi. Continue until you run out of grapes. Store in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
